rempit33 Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and General Terms

In this document, "rempit33", "we" or "platform" refers to the rempit33.one website and all services operating under it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses the rempit33 platform.

"Account" means the unique profile created by a registered user on this platform. "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for betting purposes. "Bonus" refers to any additional value granted by rempit33 to a user subject to the wagering requirements specified.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and rempit33. By registering or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms stated here.

2. Account Registration and Management

To register a rempit33 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Have not had a previous account closed by rempit33 due to a breach of terms.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. If rempit33 detects that multiple accounts are owned by the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and all balances and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited without notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

rempit33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name. rempit33 does not accept third-party payments. Any attempt to use a third-party payment account may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. If the KYC (Know Your Customer) process has not been completed, rempit33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until full verification is received.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

rempit33 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

The general terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• rempit33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Hedge betting, using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or other methods deemed to be abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Only fully settled bets count towards the wagering requirement calculation — cancelled bets or draws are not counted.

5. Game Rules

rempit33 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, card games and esports. Each game category has specific rules that users must follow.

For sports betting and sportsbook, rempit33 reserves the right to void bets if there is a significant odds error caused by a technical issue, human error or inaccurate information. In such cases, all affected bets will be returned to the user's account balance.

For live casino and slot games, a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited by a third party is used to ensure fairness in every round. Results displayed on screen after each game are final and cannot be disputed.

rempit33 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end during an active game session. Users are encouraged to ensure a stable connection before starting any betting session.

6. Permitted and Prohibited User Conduct

Users are required to comply with the conduct standards set out to ensure a safe and fair experience for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software or scripts to place bets or access the rempit33 system.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the bonus system.
• Sharing account login details with any other party.
• Using a rempit33 account for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the functioning of the platform.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information.

rempit33 monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious conduct will be investigated, and accounts found to have violated these rules will be permanently terminated. Account balances may be frozen while an investigation is in progress.

7. Account Security and Privacy

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login information secure, including their username and password. rempit33 recommends that users:

• Use a unique and strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share login information with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of the account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify rempit33 immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.

The collection, use and protection of users' personal data is subject to rempit33's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Users are considered to have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy upon registering an account.

8. Responsible Gambling

rempit33 treats responsible gambling as a priority. This platform is for entertainment purposes only and must be used sensibly. Users are advised to set spending limits that suit their financial situation.

Signs that may indicate a gambling problem include: betting beyond your financial means, attempting to recover losses with larger bets, neglecting family or work responsibilities due to gambling, and feeling restless when not gambling.

9. Limitation of Liability

rempit33 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting.

rempit33 does not guarantee that the platform's services will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

In cases where a technical failure causes inaccurate bet processing, rempit33 reserves the right to void or correct the relevant transactions, including cancelling winnings obtained through system errors.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

rempit33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms and conditions in this document.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Valid balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal according to standard withdrawal procedures.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, rempit33 reserves the right to freeze or forfeit the account balance once the investigation is complete and fraud or a serious breach is proven.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The rempit33 platform operates under an international licence that authorises the management of online betting services. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction.

Should any dispute arise between a user and rempit33, users are advised to contact the customer support team first to seek resolution through negotiation. rempit33 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Should a negotiated resolution fail to be reached, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
